HighSchool DxD Season 4 is one of the most anticipated anime series right now, at Fantasia Bunko Daikanshasai which happened in Japan on October 22, 2016, Crunchyroll officially confirmed that the series is currently in works and will get a new TV anime which will act as the 4th season. The creators did the same thing when they released Highschool DxD Born after Highschool DxD. Millions of fans are eagerly waiting for a new season since the of 3rd season on June 20, 2015. If you are new to this adult-themed hit anime series below is a short description.
HighSchool DxD is an anime adaptation of Japanese adult themed light novel series written by Ichiei Ishibumi and illustrated by Miyama-Zero. The anime debuted back on January 6, 2012, and was aired on Tokyo MX’s AT-X and was licensed by Funimation for broadcast in North America. The story centers on Issei Hyodo a high school student who is a dim-witted, pervert and gets stabbed by his girlfriend on their first date. However he makes a deal with the devil who saves his life, this devil is the president of high school’s Occult Research Club named Rias Gremory. The series has three seasons each of 12 episodes and a 24-minute running time. High School DxD is a treat for fantasy and adult anime lovers.

HighSchool Dxd Season 4 Spoilers and Updates
It is reported that Highschool DxD Season 4 will show Issei in a time travel adventure. In this season there will be a big clash between Issei and the Lord of Asgard, Loki. The season will start with Loki escaping from the underworld prison and will use his powers to alter the timeline of the story to change all Issei has done. Issei will try to counter Loki with the help of unexpected friends from future. These friends will be Issei’s future daughters who will come back to help him in defeating Loki.
It is also speculated that after Highschool DxD Season 4, Issei’s plot may come to an end as he will defeat Loki. It is assumed that after season 4 we may see a spinoff series as the author is also interested in creating on centering on Millicas Gremory. Millicas is the son of Sirzechs Lucifer and made his appearance both in anime as well as manga series. However, this is just a speculation and should be taken with a grain of salt for now.
